Our Strategy Areas
We invest in the infrastructure that makes scalable prevention possible. This includes data platforms, shared tools, ethical research, & cross-sector coordination. Our goal is to strengthen the connective tissue of the anti-trafficking field, ensuring that information, resources, & innovations flow freely & reach the organizations that need them most.
Field Infrastructure
We support bold, systemic efforts to dismantle the conditions that allow human trafficking to persist. Through policy reform, legal innovation, & regulatory change, we fund advocacy that realigns power, reduces impunity, & fosters a policy environment where prevention is prioritized, & exploitation is no longer rewarded. Our funding for policy change focuses on three key areas:
Policy & Systems Change
Policy Coalitions
We support nonprofit policy advocates & community organizers who are driving transformative policy change at local & national levels.
Civic & Sector Leadership
We invest in the next generation of civic & government leaders who are designing & implementing systems-based solutions to prevent exploitation & promote equity.
Research & Evaluation
We support research that uncovers how laws, regulations, & institutional practices contribute to conditions that enable trafficking & exploitation. By identifying policy gaps, structural inequities, & unintended consequences, we help generate evidence-based solutions that prioritize prevention & dismantle systems of exploitation.
Sustaining the Doers
We invest in the Doers—the dedicated individuals powering the anti-trafficking movement. This work is complex, emotionally demanding, & often under-resourced. Sustaining progress requires creative, intentional, & engaged support.
Whether through professional development, continued learning, wellness & rest, peer connection, or organizational capacity building, we prioritize trust-based relationships to better understand & respond to our partners’ needs—because when leaders thrive, movements endure.
